Regen — Shoe Laces Composition 1 is a carpet or a wall piece that has been made with discarded hiking shoe lace ropes.
The ropes are bounded together with polyuthetane into a graphic composition that gives value back to this waste materials.
These ropes come from old collections of French lace manufacturer Société Choletaise de Fabrication.
These ropes were too small to be sold and therefore were remaining in their storage.
The challenge was to deal with random colors and designs of several length to fully cover the size of the piece.
You can now walk on hiking shoe laces!
